Position Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Associate to support our administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, helping ensure efficient business operations and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer, service, and billing information in internal systems

  • Review data for accuracy and completeness, and make corrections as needed

  • Assist with preparing reports and compiling data for internal use

  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems

  • Communicate with team members to clarify information and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a clerical role preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Experience with CRM or HVAC service software is a plus
