Job description
O’Brien Service Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Associate to support our administrative and operational teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, processing information efficiently, and ensuring that data is updated and accessible for internal use.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify customer, service, and vendor information into company systems.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and scheduling details.
Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and correct them promptly.
Support the scheduling and dispatch teams by ensuring customer information is accurate and complete.
Assist with compiling reports and generating documentation as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
