Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. This role is responsible for accurately inputting a variety of information into internal databases and software systems to support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer, service, and invoice data into company systems
Update and maintain existing records with new or corrected information
Verify data accuracy and completeness before entry
Cross-reference information with other internal records or documents
Assist with data audits and reporting tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred
Fast and accurate typing skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with service industry software (such as ServiceTitan or similar) is a plus
