Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. This role is responsible for accurately inputting a variety of information into internal databases and software systems to support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer, service, and invoice data into company systems

  • Update and maintain existing records with new or corrected information

  • Verify data accuracy and completeness before entry

  • Cross-reference information with other internal records or documents

  • Assist with data audits and reporting tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Experience with service industry software (such as ServiceTitan or similar) is a plus
