Position Summary

The Office Support & Data Administrator plays a key role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring data accuracy across various systems. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, is highly organized, and enjoys supporting both administrative functions and data management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Office Support Duties:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally

  • Greet visitors and assist customers as needed

  • Schedule service appointments and manage technician calendars

  • Assist with filing, document preparation, and office organization

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Provide general clerical support to office staff and management

Data Administration Duties:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in internal databases

  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness

  • Generate reports and summaries for management use

  • Assist with data audits and clean-up tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in office administration and/or data entry strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with scheduling or service software (e.g., ServiceTitan) is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
