Job description

  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive service documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for documentation updates.

  • Implement and manage version control systems to maintain document integrity and traceability.

  • Conduct regular audits of documentation processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

  • Provide training and support to staff on proper documentation practices and standards.

  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

  • Monitor and report on the status of documentation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Technical Writing, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in quality documentation or a similar role, preferably within the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service industry.

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and standards.

  • Proficiency in document management systems and software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific quality assurance standards and regulations.
