Job description
Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive service documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.
Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for documentation updates.
Implement and manage version control systems to maintain document integrity and traceability.
Conduct regular audits of documentation processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
Provide training and support to staff on proper documentation practices and standards.
Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
Monitor and report on the status of documentation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Technical Writing, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in quality documentation or a similar role, preferably within the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service industry.
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and standards.
Proficiency in document management systems and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry-specific quality assurance standards and regulations.
